About

Our Mission

To make financial literacy simple, accessible, and empowering. We aim to equip everyday people with the tools and clarity to make smarter money decisions—whether they’re budgeting their first paycheck or planning for retirement.

Our Story

The Money Question was born out of a simple observation: most people feel overwhelmed by finances. What started as a personal blog answering our friends’ money questions has now grown into a trusted platform for breaking down complex financial topics into digestible, practical advice. We’ve grown by listening, researching, and staying committed to clarity and honesty.

What We Do

We create engaging content, how-to guides, calculators, and unbiased reviews that help readers understand money without the jargon. We believe financial empowerment is a right, not a privilege, and we’re here to demystify the numbers that run our lives.

Meet the Blogger

“Hi, I’m Bruce, the voice behind The Money Question.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a seasoned financial professional with over 35 years of executive-level experience across multiple sectors.

My professional journey includes serving at the Director level at a major Investment Bank (12 years) and holding senior executive roles, including SVP and Board Member at a distribution company. This hands-on experience, starting with five years at a large CPA firm and culminating in ten years as a business owner, gives me a unique, real-world perspective on both corporate and personal finance.

My mission is to use this practical, deep-seated expertise to help you navigate your money journey with confidence—and maybe even have a little fun along the way.”
